Hello, my lovelies. Welcome to my penultimate post of the 12 Days of Blogmas 2020 festive blogging challenge. The end’s in sight and the BIG DAY is only 2 more sleeps away! 😉 Therefore I thought I’d share the Christmas Reads on my TBR that I’ll be working my way through while I’m off work.

But before I share those holiday books to-be-read with you…

🎄 What is 12 DAYS OF BLOGMAS? 🎄

The 12 Days of Blogmas is an excellent choice for anyone new to the whole blogging world of Blogmas. This is my first year taking part and I wasn’t entirely sure if I’d be able to dedicate enough time to it.

For this aspect of Blogmas, blogging start on 1st December and we post daily for the first 12 days, or post every other day (which is what I decided to do).

Alternatively, some bloggers follow the 12 Days of Christmas from 25th December to 6th January in line with the Christian Church. This allows them to either rest before taking part, or follow their usual blogging schedule in the lead up to the 12 Days of Blogmas.

I’m very lucky as a primary school teaching assistant getting two weeks off over Christmas and the new year. A perfect break to get some serious reading done.

When I started writing my posts for the 12 days of Blogmas, I listed the Christmassy book covers on my shelves. I was saddened to see that I only had 6 titles on my bookshelves. Six!! WTF!

I found inspiration on Kristen (Kit) @ Metaphors and Moonlight. Thanks Kit for your SSF finds. Kindle Unlimited and Audible have also helped to fill my shelves with some festive paranormal romances and urban fantasy reads.

Christmas Reads on my TBR

  • Snowed in With Santa by Helen Allan
  • Outlaw Shifters Holiday Bundle 1 by T. S. Joyce
  • Baby It’s Cold Out Bear Holiday Bundle 2 by T.S. Joyce
  • Anna and the Apocalypse by Katharine Turner (with Barry Waldo)
  • A Vampire’s Christmas Carol by Karen McCullough

Have you read any of these holiday romances? Did I miss one of your favourite festive fantasies? Like any avid reader, I welcome your recommendations with open arms. 🙂

About Me

I'm in my late forties, my interests are varied but since menopause hit a few years ago, I find myself becoming a "grumpy old woman" all too frequently - where has my infinite patience gone!?! Lol!
I bought a Kindle in the summer of 2013 and haven't stopped reading since. If you want to know more about me, check out my blog - www.florasmusings.com

I know, I’m not usually a fan of dystopian stories but this one called to me.
