Reading Challenges

April Reading Challenge – Cosplay Cuties

Hello My Lovelies,

You may remember a while back my post about an annual reading challenge that I joined set by a Goodreads groups I belong to – My Vampire Book Obsession. Well I also signed up to the monthly challenge below and I’m pleased to say that I completed 5 out of the 6 tasks! Woohoo!

Collect a Cosplay Cutie each month by completing at least 2 tasks out of a set of 6.
A new set of tasks with a new doll will be posted each month.

Get this Vampire Heart for joining in the Cosplay Cuties Challenges.

One book per task.
No minimum page count.
Complete at least two tasks to get the doll.

April Tasks – 6/6 Completed
Read a book with pirates (sea or space). The Pirate’s Witch by Jennifer Blackstream
Read a book tagged ‘historical’. A Sorceress of His Own by Dianne Duvall
Read a book set in Europe or The Caribbean. Covet by Felicity Heaton
Read a book with an amusing character. Pecan Pies and Dead Guys by Angie Fox
Read a book with an adventurous plot. Touch of Smoke by Karissa Laurel
Read a book that begins with a letter in WHY IS THE RUM GONE. Shadows in the Mist by Jeri Westerson

Books Read For This Challenge

So, have you read any of these books? If so, what were your thoughts? I’d love to hear from you.

Most of the titles I’ve read this month can be bought in print, ebook and audio formats, so why not click on the titles above and check them out yourself.

I’ve already signed up for the May challenge so I’m trawling through my Kindle to see what books I can use…

I hope you enjoy your week,
Flora x

About Me

I'm in my late forties, my interests are varied but since menopause hit a few years ago, I find myself becoming a "grumpy old woman" all too frequently - where has my infinite patience gone!?! Lol!
I bought a Kindle in the summer of 2013 and haven't stopped reading since. If you want to know more about me, check out my blog -
