Hello fellow book lovers,
Yes, it’s time for another Friday Finds post. My blogging buddies have been reading lots of amazing books this week and I can’t wait to share some with you.
If you are one of my lovely new followers let me just take a moment to explain. I like to read, my favourite genre is paranormal romance but I’ve also been known to curl up with the odd urban fantasy or paranormal cozy mysteries too. But it’s a big wide literary world out there and I decided back in January that you, my dear followers, might be interested in the reviews about books from other genres to help you find your next favourite book. Ta!Da! My weekly Friday Finds post was born.
Here are some non-paranormal romance books that fellow book bloggers enjoyed reading (in no particular order).
Literary Titan are a group of reviewer that seem to find independent published works in every genre! This title not only piqued my interest but it actually warranted a 5 star review – not something that happens very often.
Carla really does read all types of genres. Her reviews are very informative and she adds lots of links to help her followers to connect to the authors too. I am already a fan of Donna Grant’s paranormal romance series so I was really interested to read Carla’s review of this book.
Anne Mendez usually reviews books in the historical fiction genre, including all the sub-genres, e.g. mystery, thriller, romance, etc. and although this is a genre I rarely read myself, I always enjoy her thoughts and I’m almost tempted to dip my toe into the historical pool.
As with so many of the book blogs I follow, the reviews posted from this fellow book-a-holic are far more varied than mine. Her reviews are always intelligent and well written.
And I my final choice this week is from a blogger that I’ve only just started following…
Rebecca is an avid reader who has an insatiable appetite for new books and giving her opinion. She loves any books where romance is a main theme from YA to erotica, and everything in between.
So, that’s my picks for this week. I hope you find a moment or two to click at least one of these reviews yourself – who knows you may just find your next favourite author!
Before I go, I just wanted to say that many of the books that I review can be read for free with a Kindle Unlimited subscription.
Great benefits of Kindle Unlimited include:
– Unlimited Access to over 1 Million eBooks
– Rotating selection of popular magazines
– Thousands of books with audible narration
– Read anytime, on any device with the free Kindle app
After the 30-day free trial, the monthly subscription applies and you have the option to cancel you subscription any time.
Hope you have a good weekend and manage to read (or listen to) a great story.
