My Top 10 Cover Designs of 2021

“Never judge a book by its cover“
Like most avid readers, I’m easily tempted by covers. I haven’t ever bought a title purely on its cover, but it is the first thing that attracts me. Perhaps that means I am guilty of making a judgement based on esthetics. 😘
Anyway, this list is all about looks. I’ve gathered ten of the titles 60 titles on my shelf; some I’ve listened to, some I haven’t yet, some I thought were fan-bloody-tastic while others were just meh. But this list isn’t about that, it’s just about the cover design!
So, without further ado, cast your eyes over these pretties:
- The Promised Queen by Jeffe Kennedy ~ Read by Gabrielle Baker ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Midnight Smoke by Helen Harper
- Thanatos by Felicity Heaton ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Making Midlife Magic by Heloise Hull ⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Dragon Mine by Donna Grant ⭐⭐⭐⭐
- Sweatpants and Spells by Keira Blackwood ⭐⭐⭐
- The One and Only Crystal Druid by Annette Marie
- Touch of Rapture by Suzanne Wright
- Gypsy Magic by H.P. Mallory & J.R. Rain ⭐⭐⭐
- Grimoires & Gingerbread by Danielle Garrett ⭐⭐⭐
As you can see, if I’ve reviewed it you can see my rating and follow the link to my review. Yes, I was disappointed if the promise of the cover didn’t deliver. 😥 I rejoiced when the tempting man-candy turned out to be just my type of male protagonist. 😍
