Hello my lovelies, it’s time for another mini review. Today I’d like to share my thoughts about How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf, book 1 in Molly Harper’s paranormal romance series Naked Werewolf.
I decided last year that mini reviews were the way forward for this particular book blogger. 😉 This means that I only write full detailed reviews for the books I receive from authors, publishers and PR organiser (ARCs).
I listened to How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf back in December 2019 but didn’t post my review here! I’m remedying that right now …
How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf (Naked Werewolf #1) by Molly Harper

Even in Grundy, Alaska, it’s unusual to find a naked guy with a bear trap clamped to his ankle on your porch. But when said guy turns into a wolf, recent southern transplant Mo Wenstein has no difficulty identifying the problem. Her surly neighbor Cooper Graham—who has been openly critical of Mo’s ability to adapt to life in Alaska—has trouble of his own. Werewolf trouble.
For Cooper, an Alpha in self-imposed exile from his dysfunctional pack, it’s love at first sniff when it comes to Mo. But Cooper has an even more pressing concern on his mind. Several people around Grundy have been the victims of wolf attacks, and since Cooper has no memory of what he gets up to while in werewolf form, he’s worried that he might be the violent canine in question.
If a wolf cries wolf, it makes sense to listen, yet Mo is convinced that Cooper is not the culprit. Except if he’s not responsible, then who is? And when a werewolf falls head over haunches in love with you, what are you supposed to do anyway? The rules of dating just got a whole lot more complicated. . . .

A Captivating Paranormal Romance.
Molly Harper is a new-to-me author but I will definitely read more. I found this book very easy to read and love her writing style. I engaged quickly with our romantic couple, Cooper and Mo, and liked the wealth of characters that Ms Harper created; loving the various personalities. The Alaskan village of Grundy also played its part and is an inspired backdrop to this fun story. I loved the plot with all its twists and turns, and enjoyed how the story threads were satisfactorily concluded by the end.
Amanda Ronconi is a new-to-me narrator. I was impressed with her performance and the pace of her narration felt just right. I enjoyed her inflections for the different scenes and the vocal variances she used for the characters’ dialogue. Amanda transported into Mo’s life and made my emotional connection to her adventures all the more captivating.
There are some uses of bad language and scenes of violence and sex. Therefore, I’d recommend this story to adults who are OK with that who love charming, paranormal romance tales with a good helping of humour and a happily ever after ending.

First, I apologize, every time I visited I would see the moved to wordpress.org post and assumed you hadn’t posted anything new, since it was the first one. Today I realized you have them by category, not date of post. I need to try this series. I love her Mystic Bayou series on audio “)
I absolutely love the title of this book. It sounds like it was a lot of fun to read. Will definitely be keeping it in mind.
