What did I think about it?

I really enjoyed this book!

William Massa is fast becoming one of my favourite authors. I have read other books by Mr Massa and enjoy his writing style. I read his Dracula based crime thriller (Fear The Light) last year and really enjoyed it. He has a good understanding of how to create an engaging story and obviously carries out hours of research. However, I never feel bogged down in background information.

Massa allows his readers to get to know the characters he creates – he shows us their personalities. I like the way he blurs the edge of reality, weaving in science and fantasy to create a very believable world. Although this is the fourth book in the Occult Assassin series, I don’t think you have to have read the previous books to enjoy this one.

Spirit Breaker blends horror, action, tension and mystery in a way that gripped me from the first page to the last.

I will be looking out for more books written by Massa.

If William Massa is new for you, keep reading to find out more him.
