My #Blogtober a.k.a. 🎃 31 Days of Halloween 🎃
Hello, my spooktacular lovelies. As an audiobook blogger who’s passionate about paranormal romance, cosy paranormal mystery and urban fantasy, most of my reviews fit perfectly with this time of year. However, I’ve joined in with #Blogtober this year which is a daily blogging challenge. This means that I’m trying to mix it up with some suitably Halloween-y book tags, memes and discussion posts too this month.
I haven’t ever tried to post every day before but I’ll do my best to keep it interesting.
Welcome to day 17 of 🎃 31 Days of Halloween 🎃. Halloween is just two weeks away and I thought I’d better find a suitable tag to share. I came across The Spooky “Would You Rather…” Book Tag on Paperbacks and Planners and knew it would be perfect for today’s post.
Book Tag: Would You Rather…
1. Thriller or Supernatural?
Supernatural all the way for me!!
2. Ghosts or Zombies?
I’ve got more ghost tales on my shelves than ones featuring zombies but I like both.
3. Vampires or Werewolves?
Vampires are my fav.
4. Witches or Demons?
My gut instinct had me typing WITCHES but I’ve got a growing love of demons. They are what they are. 😘
5. Would you rather read a book with 13 chapters, or a book with a black cat on the cover?
I’m not superstitious. I’d have either on my shelves.
6. Would you rather read a spooky book in the dark with only a candle for light, or by yourself in a locked brightly lit room?
I do love candlelight. However, being locked in a room to enjoy my audiobooks without disruptions sounds like heaven!
7. Would you rather face your worst fears, or be trapped in the mind of a killer?
Well, this is a deeply philosophical question. Umm, I suppose I’d rather face my worst fears. It would give me an opportunity to overcome them. I would be helpless if I was trapped in the mind of a killer.
8. Would you rather watch a scary movie or read a scary book?
As you know, the scary tales on my shelves are on the cosy side. However, I can watch a scary film.
9. Would you rather read spooky books during the fall time or all year?
I think spooky books can be read all year round! 😘 I love being transported into a ghostly tale.
10. Would you rather read 10 spooky books in October or 10 spooky books all year?
As I said for question 9, I’m happy to listen to spooky stories all year round.
Thank you for visiting and taking the time to read my BookTag: “Would You Rather…”
So, although I tend to stick to “cozy” rather than traditional horror, I’ve had fun answering these questions. Consider yourself tagged if you want to do this seasonal tag! But drop me a comment so that I can visit and read your answers.
Let the Halloween season continue!
Bye for now,
